Landy's Gospel Creations-LGC 'Advancing the Gospel...' (Philippians 1:12)

"Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters,that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel." 

Philippians 1:12 New International Version, NIV

          There is a saying that says "time flies when you're having fun" and truly that's what we've been doing here at Landy's Gospel Creations-LGC. We've been having fun inspiring! We've been having fun influencing in a positive light! We've just been having fun being a 'P.O.P.' (Philanthropic, Outlet, Platform) organization! 

     Yes, a 'P.O.P.' organization, providing 'Community Collaborations' with, to date, two businesses/organizations within the Midwest United States, creating lasting partnerships; a 'P.O.P.' organization providing musical oppurtunities by means of vocal instruction, studio exposure and the like to those interested through our very own record label, Gopsel United Empowerment [G.U.E.] Records; a 'P.O.P.' organization giving to the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) based out of New York City (USA) through our A 'Cure for cancer' project.

         These are just a few of the many things that ten (10) years has affored my non-profit, that begin from out of my first ever cd project, "Focus on Jesus" (c) 2009 DunbarEntainment Productions (Aiken, South Carolina USA). 

         In light of the Sripture that the organization was founded upon, the event that occurred or ended up happening to apostle Paul was him having been imprisoned in Rome. For even as apostle Paul wrote to the saints in Philippi, it is quite amazing that in this one verse, which is the foundational passage of Scripture for Landy's Gospel Creations-LGC, it shows how a seemingly inopportune and complex situation actually can be used as a time when God can allow us to still yet'advance the Gospel.'

       Sure, we may not be imprisoned as apostle Paul was, but just to know that he did not allow his current condition to cause him to lose sight on what he was suppose to be doing, is a great testimony in and of itself.

       See, the thing is, we have what we need at every given moment and time within this life in order to get the job done. The reason how I know this is because of what apostle Paul wrote in Romans 12:3 (NIV), where he said, "For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith." The measure of faith mentioned here is to work for each individual what it needs to work for him or her at each and every given time.

       Furthermore, I must say that ten (10) years is a major milestone that must be highlighted and celebrated. It is a testimony that shows we never lost sight of what we were supposed to be doing. Through working of one's faith, it has gotten this non-profit to its tenth year of existence!! In 'working our faith', we will begin to see the power of The Almighty really moving in our lives allowing for our dreams to come true. 

       Moreover, it is with great honor that we announce Landy's Gospel Creations'-LGC's, 10th anniversary! I am super thrilled for this monumental occurrence in such a time as these!! Ten, in Biblical Numerology, stands for the 'perfection of the divine order of things!' I believe it is safe to say, that The Almighty has perfected the order of things throughout the years and this is how we are now able to have: three (3) affliates (the philanthropic), three (3) initiatives (the outlet) and four (4) extensions (the platform) which can be found within our VISION. 

       In conclusion, though throughout these ten years it has not always been easy, it is with much joy that we celebrate an continuously up-and-coming non-profit organization now turning into a corporation. Blessings the more upon LGC for many, many more years of "Advancing the Gospel..."
