It was August 25, 2010 that the Spirit of the Lord gave me the divine instruction to begin a website that would bless the nations and encourage the saints of God to "possess the land: 1 city at a time!", still yet, not neglecting the sinners or "aspiring saints", as my grandmother puts it! This all came about with being led by the Holy Ghost to Deuteronomy 1:8 which states out of the New King James Version (NKJV), "'See, I have set the land before you; go in and possess the land which the LORD swore to your fathers—to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—to give to them and their descendants after them.’" This particular verse is where Moses speaks to the children of Israel at God's appointed time, after they had been wandering and camping in the plains of Moab, to go in and "possess the land." This is the "get up and go", the "actions speak louder than words" verse that challenges one to know that faith without words is dead, be it alone (James 2:17).
The confidence that Moses gives them is in part b of the verse, "'...possess the land which the LORD swore to your fathers—to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob..." In this particular passage of scripture Moses wanted them to know that this was not something that God wanted to do just because He thought of it right then, but it had already had been promised long ago that He would bless His people!
Another thing we must take into consideration is that God also considered all of us who are living in the present time. Look at the latter part of that verse, ""...to give to them and their descendants after them.’" We are included my brother and sister! Isn't that awesome? I am overjoyed to know that there is an earthly Canaan awaiting me! That let's me know that I should not be surprised at the fiery trials that I face as if something strange is happening to me (I Peter 4:12), because I know that though challenges may come about during the journey to Canaan, I know that the God of all grace, who called me to his eternal glory in Christ, after I have suffered a little while, will himself restore me and make me strong, firm and steadfast. To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen. (I Peter 5:10).

With receiving the breakthroughs, blessings, miracles, and healings we must not get beside ourselves, but give God all the glory because of the great things He has done! I would be remise if I do not educate upon the heavenly Canaan. Yes, many blessings await us here on earth, but the saints of God are encouraged, the more, to have their minds set on heavenly things (Colossians 3:2). It's just like what Jesus states in Matthew 6:19-20 (NKJV), "'Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.'" It's verse 20 we must take into consideration, because it is the heavenly Canaan that Jesus is referring to. My maternal grandmother would sing a song at church and home as I was coming up that said, "Heaven is my goal, each and everyday!" I want to ask you, is heaven your goal each and everyday?
Furthermore, I would like to give a little history about LGC. LGC is the Christian entrepreneurial business name that stands for, Landy's Gospel Creations. This name came about with working with financial advisors once I had done my first God-given gospel cd project, "Focus on Jesus", copyright 2009 for DunbarEntainment Productions; ASCAP. From this having been established back in the Fall of 2009, the unction came through the Holy Ghost that this name would go far beyond music to various other God-given Christian entrepreneurial endeavors.
With that, LGC has three affiliates under its name and they are as follows:
1. The Gospel Zeal (GZ) Awards. This is a celebration that is focused on presenting: entrepreneurs in newly established businesses, producers, male and female gospel singers & songwriters, groups, choirs, directors, musicians, mime dancers and local pastors, evangelist, teachers with a tangible symbol that recognizes their work and dedication in the specific community, state and even the national arena.
2. The Represent God Conference, which came out of the Represent God: newsletter for the church of the 21st century that is on this website.
3."A Cure for Cancer project". This is where a portion of the proceeds from Landy's various conferences, seminars and concerts goes to the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) out of New York, New York. CRI is a nonprofit organization that funds the most promising cancer research worldwide. This is In memory of his mother, Mrs. Tarrela L. Landy-Dunbar (April 03, 1967- February 22, 2006).
It is my prayer that you receive from the Lord on a day-to-day basis (Psalm 24:5) and take in everything that is happening on each day! I pray that this website brings encouragement and edification to the saints and enlightenment and conviction to the sinners. May God bless you and keep you!
